Please find information on our VS-150 Standing Seam Profile Machine to follow. The machine is equipped with hydraulic drive and front hydraulic scissors shear, 110 volt - 1 phase power, 40 FPM speed. It produces the 1" and 1 1/2" Standing Seam profile and "U-Panels in the base model machine, adjustable width panels of 9" to 24". The VS-150 is also a "Multi-Profile" capable piece of machinery forming 7 different profiles in total. From Snap Lock styles to true Board and Batten and Bermuda Roof profiles. The versatility is built into the design of the machine but most importantly the changeover time is anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour. You can purchase these optional dies at anytime! A Digital Controller for fully automatic operation is also available and highly recommended for increased production.
Roll Former also has power seamers – the SSX Seamer and the SSX – Heavy Duty Seamer. Please find the information to follow on the VS-150 and options.
