The NSP 1 profile was originally made popular in the Pacific Northwest part of the US. This panel is a very attractive Residential Panel that lends itself to the ease of installation no seaming, no roof clips needed. Lay it down and screw it to the deck while snapping one panel over the other! It is also ideal for Lumber Yards and Suppliers to sell this panel to local roofing contractors and homeowners with the desire to have a metal roof but without the need of seaming and the roofs clips!
The price for the NSP-1 Machine is $37,000 with hydraulic drive and front hydraulic scissors shear, Digital Controller for fully automatic operation, adjustable panel width capability 12" to 20, nail strip slotting die stage with 3/16 wide by Ύ long slots every 2 O.C. The material use on this profile is 5 Ό. The 3000 Lbs. Decoiler is $1,400. Machine Stand with 4 corner leveler pads for in shop use is $900.
Lead-time varies but is generally 10 12 weeks upon PO and a 25 % Deposit, balance due Prepaid or COD.
