These two machines are real time savers to your production requirements allowing you to hem and or perforate metal on your schedule and not someone else’s!
The Quick Hem Machine can be purchased in one of three profiles. The QH50 with a 9/16” kick and return hem, the QH75 with a ¾” kick and return hem, and the QH Flat Hem with a maximum hem length of 3/8”. Just walk down a strip of metal for your Drip Edge, Coping, or Rake Trim profiles thru the QH and than post process in your brake or folder! A 10 stage “bench top” 110 Volt 1 Phase unit! $8,300 – FOB, Chalfont, PA.
The Stand Alone Perforation Machine is ideal to perforate your metal for Ridge Cap venting and Soffit area venting. It can accept up to 24” wide sheet stock in 24 – 26 ga. Steel, .032” Aluminum, and 12 – 24 oz. Copper. The Perf Dies (2 Sets) are adjustable up / down and side to side, oiler kit to lubricate the dies. Powered by a HD 110 Volt 1 Phase Electric Gearbox. $7,000 – FOB, Chalfont, PA.
